In January Somer Housing Group’s new Executive team was completed with the arrival of Donna Baddeley and Dominic Lynch who have joined Louise Swain, the first Executive Director to be appointed to the new team last autumn.

Introducing Redland's new estate inspection programme
With the help of our residents, we have developed a new way of
inspecting estates. You can now view and download our schedule for
inspections, read the reports on what we find, and tell us your
comments, complaints and suggestions about where you live - all on
